The front desk supervisor oversees the smooth operation of activities, ensures an impeccable customer experience, handles customer complaints and problematic situations and supports the team to ensure quality service.

• Effectively manage reservations, guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and pleasant check-in experience.
• Respond to special requests from guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Train and supervise front desk staff, ensuring that each team member adheres to established service standards.
• Verify and balance room availability and thus participate in maximizing the hotel's revenue.
• Resolve accommodation-related issues proactively, anticipating potential problematic situations and acting quickly to resolve them.

• Strong ability to motivate a team, with a keen sense of leadership.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently under pressure and to manage emergency situations.
