The accounting clerk provides support to the controller with daily accounting tasks.

• Enters billing data, processes payments, performs bank deposits and ensures follow-up of accounts receivable and payable.
• Performs journal entry, verification, coding and filing of supplier invoices, as well as check distribution.
• Prepares follow-up reports, enters various data and manages expense accounts.
• Answers supplier questions and ensures effective communication for file processing.

• Good judgment and priority management.
• Rigor and sense of organization.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a demanding environment.

• Good command of computer tools.
• Experience in hospitality or accounting (an asset).
• Bilingualism.
