Hospitality Online is a hospitality industry classified job advertising site operated by Talentronic Corporation, a Delaware corporation headquartered in Seattle, Washington.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information — name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and login credentials.
  • Profile and Resume Information — work history, education, skills, certifications, and other career-related information you choose to include.
  • Employer Information — company name, location, job descriptions, and other content you post.
  • Payment Information — if you purchase services, we collect billing information through our third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications — information you provide when you contact us for support or otherwise communicate with us.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Device and Usage Data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and other usage statistics.

4.1 With Employers (for Job Seekers)

When you apply for a job through the Service, we share your application materials (including your resume and contact information) with the employer that posted the listing. Once an employer receives your information, their use of it is governed by their own privacy practices.

4.2 Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service, including hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and to maintain its confidentiality.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with a legal obligation, subpoena, or court order; (b) protect the rights, property, or safety of Talentronic, our users, or the public; or (c) detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.

4.6 Aggregated and De-Identified Data

Talentronic and the Hospitality Online brand will not share mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. 6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service.

6.1 Types of Cookies We Use

8. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security assessments.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 10.4 Canadian Residents (PIPEDA)
