Job Description
Under the supervision of the Customer Experience Supervisor and the Reception Manager, you will contribute to creating memorable experiences for each of our customers by providing exceptional service.

A true host, this person welcomes, guides, and assists guests throughout their stay. With their welcoming nature, professionalism, and initiative, they provide personalized, warm, and proactive service from arrival to departure. Present in the lobby and public areas, they anticipate guests' needs, respond efficiently to their requests, and ensure that every interaction reflects the highest standards of quality and service.

Tasks and responsibilities

To offer a warm welcome and personalized service to each guest, in accordance with the standards of the hotel and Marriott.
Provide information on hotel services, tourist attractions, restaurants and activities in the area.
Providing baggage handling, porter and valet support services: safe handling of luggage, escorting guests to their rooms and assistance during arrivals and departures.
Carry out internal deliveries (packages, VIP gifts, linen or other items) directly to the rooms.
Participate in the preparation of meeting and event rooms in accordance with established standards.

Desired profile

Valid driver's license
Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of hospitality.
Good physical condition for baggage handling and logistical support.
Team spirit, versatility and attention to detail.
Knowledge of the hotel industry and bilingualism (French/English).
