As a pivotal member of our team, you will lead all engineering operations to ensure our resort operates not just effectively, but magically. Your role will directly impact guest satisfaction, operational continuity, and regulatory compliance, fostering an environment that is both safe and welcoming.

• Lead a dedicated team in managing both routine preventive maintenance and urgent repair needs.
• Be the superhero of compliance, ensuring all local, state, and federal safety regulations are met, focusing on fire/life safety systems.
• Act as the primary liaison for inspections, maintaining rigorous standards for safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with departments across the resort to ensure a seamless operational flow that minimizes guest disruption.
• Enhance our network of skilled vendors and manage crucial service contracts.
• Empower your team through ongoing training on the latest safety protocols and troubleshooting techniques.

• Proven expertise in managing complex building systems.

Professional Experience & Academic Background

We value a blend of formal education and practical experience. This includes:

• At least 5 years in engineering or facilities management, preferably in hospitality.
• A history of leadership, guiding a team towards excellence.
• Technical schooling in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fields is preferred.
