What You’ll Do

• Initiate the culinary day by setting up your station, readying the kitchen for service, and prepping essential ingredients.

• Execute dish preparation with precision, ensuring each order meets our strict standards for taste and presentation.
• Collaborate across kitchen departments to meet overall service goals, assisting wherever necessary to create synergy.
• Keep your workspace immaculate and in line with both local and company-wide health guidelines.

Professional and Academic Background

Bring your passion for cooking and at least 3 months’ experience in a full-service restaurant or hotel kitchen. A High School Diploma or equivalent is also required. Together, we’ll continue to create the exceptional, inspired by the unique energy and beauty of Tucson!
