As a pivotal member of our team, you will lead all engineering operations to ensure our resort operates not just effectively, but magically. • Lead a dedicated team in managing both routine preventive maintenance and urgent repair needs.
• Be the superhero of compliance, ensuring all local, state, and federal safety regulations are met, focusing on fire/life safety systems.
• Act as the primary liaison for inspections, maintaining rigorous standards for safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with departments across the resort to ensure a seamless operational flow that minimizes guest disruption.
• Enhance our network of skilled vendors and manage crucial service contracts.
• Empower your team through ongoing training on the latest safety protocols and troubleshooting techniques.

Professional Experience & Academic Background

We value a blend of formal education and practical experience. This includes:

• At least 5 years in engineering or facilities management, preferably in hospitality.
• A history of leadership, guiding a team towards excellence.
• Technical schooling in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fields is preferred.
