As the backbone of our nighttime operations, you play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial precision and high standards of guest service that The Westin is known for. From reconciling daily revenues to serving as a Manager on Duty, your position is crucial in bridging the day's end with the fresh start of tomorrow.

How You’ll Shape the Experience & Future

• Execute daily audit procedures that adhere to both hotel and company standards.
• Ensure all guests receive timely and accurate wake-up calls as requested.
• Balance and reconcile cash transactions, securing deposits efficiently.
• Prepare the front office for the upcoming business day with a full reset of systems and operations.
• Represent the pinnacle of guest service and managerial presence throughout the night.
• Manage the PBX system to maintain smooth communication during your shift.
• Engage actively in continuous training and regular front office meetings.
• Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests, enhancing their stay from the moment they arrive.

Professional Experience

Academic Background
