You will play a visible leadership role at the heart of the hotel, guiding front desk operations while ensuring guests receive attentive, polished, and personalized service. From business travelers visiting the Cool Springs corridor to guests discovering Franklin’s celebrated Main Street, music heritage, and Southern hospitality, you will help create stays worth remembering.

• Lead, support, and motivate a high-performing front desk team.
• Oversee daily front desk operations, including arrivals, departures, guest requests, and shift coverage.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to deliver Hilton-level hospitality.
• Respond to guest questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and with a commitment to resolution.
• Maintain high standards for accuracy, efficiency, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Partner with hotel leadership and other departments to create a seamless guest experience.
