YOUR ROLE

The front desk agent accompanies the guest from arrival to departure. They ensure that they provide high-level customer service at all times and in compliance with the standards of the chain and brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and register guests upon arrival and process their departure efficiently and professionally.
• Make, modify, or cancel reservations and inform guests of hotel policies.
• Communicate information regarding room status, VIPs, Marriott Bonvoy member guests, priorities, early or extended departures, and all other guest requests to other departments.
• Review and adjust charges posted to guest accounts while being responsible for cash transactions.

PROFILE SOUGHT

• Initiative, attention to detail, and independence.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and work with computer systems.
• Hospitality experience (an asset). No hospitality experience? We provide training.

Hourly wage: $23.50/hour

The Front Desk Agent accompanies guests throughout their stay, from arrival to departure. They are responsible for consistently providing a high level of customer service while adhering to the standards of the Marriott brand and hotel chain.

• Welcome and check in guests upon arrival and process departures efficiently and professionally.
• Make, modify, or cancel reservations and inform guests of hotel policies.
• Communicate information regarding room status, VIP guests, Marriott Bonvoy members, priorities, early or extended departures, and other guest requests to the appropriate departments.
• Review and adjust charges posted to guest accounts while being responsible for cash and payment transactions.
