YOUR ROLE

The Front Desk Agent accompanies the guest from arrival to departure. They ensure that high-level customer service is provided at all times in accordance with the standards of the chain and brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome and check in guests upon arrival and process their departure efficiently and professionally.
Make, modify, or cancel reservations and inform guests of hotel policies.
Communicate information regarding room status, VIPs, Marriott Bonvoy member guests, priorities, early or extended departures, and all other guest requests to other departments.
Review and adjust charges posted to guest accounts while being responsible for cash transactions.

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Excellent customer service skills.
Initiative, attention to detail, and independence.
Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and work with computer systems.
Hospitality experience (an asset). No hospitality experience? We provide training.
