Tasks and Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and manage arrivals/departures according to Marriott standards.
Process reservations, modifications and special requests efficiently.
Inform clients about hotel policies and ensure their satisfaction.
Optimize room availability in coordination with other departments.
Perform system updates and accomplish any tasks related to the position.

Desired Profile

Relevant experience in a front desk receptionist position.
Bilingualism (French and English essential, clientele predominantly English-speaking)
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal abilities
