Overview:
You will work as a part of the Spa therapy team to consistently provide the highest possible standard of guest service, creating a sensory journey for guests helping them to rest, relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their lives. You will be responsible forscheduling spa appointments and maximizing spa service opportunities. You willbe responsible forcommunicating spa promotions with guests and associates, up-sell, and provide tours of the spa.
Salary for this position is (based on experience): $21.50/hour. Seasonal Associates at Omni Interlocken are entitled to select benefits based on hours worked. Omni Interlocken reserves the right to pay more or less than listed compensation scale based on factors not related to sex or race.

Responsibilities:
- Check guests in and out according to Omni standards
- Schedule spa appointments and accurately confirm themin accordance withOmni Hotels & Resorts Moments of Service.
- Up-sell, cross-sell, and pre-sellMokaraservices and products.
- Provide tours of the spa and offer/serve beverages as needed.
- Assist in maintaining presentation and cleanliness of the spa and all of its areas.
- Communicatespa promotions with guests.
Qualifications:
- Ability toaccurately and efficiently input informationinto computer systems.
- Ability to prioritize,organizeand followupall responsibilities.
- Ability toworka flexible schedule to include nights,weekendsand holidays.
- Ability to stand for an8-hourshift.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Previouscustomer service experience.
- Previouscashiering experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 30 lbs.
- Must have unexpired TABC – or obtain upon hire.
