Your Role and Impact

As a crucial member of our maintenance team, your role will ensure our facilities—from guest rooms to sparkling pools and state-of-the-art amenities—are maintained to the highest standards. Your technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems will keep our environment not only operational but also inviting and safe for our guests and staff. Whether you’re responding to a guest service request or maintaining daily equipment operations, your dedication will support our commitment to providing an unforgettable stay for every guest.

• Maintain and improve the condition of our property, ensuring all areas are inviting and functional.
• Quickly address and resolve guest requests to enhance comfort and satisfaction.
• Uphold safety standards by keeping up-to-date with maintenance records and safety protocols.
• Cultivate a stocked inventory of essential parts and supplies, ready for any needs that might arise.
• Engage in preventative maintenance to ensure long-term efficiency and guest satisfaction.

What We Look For

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for upkeep and enhancement of a high-standard facility. Your ability to communicate effectively with our dedicated team will be key to our success.

• At least one year of hands-on maintenance or repair experience, preferably in a hotel or similar environment.
• Knowledge in general maintenance tasks, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• A team player who is as enthusiastic about their work as they are about creating a positive guest experience.
