Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Revenue Manager to oversee revenue strategy across our portfolio of oceanfront hospitality assets in Myrtle Beach.

This role is responsible for optimizing pricing, distribution, and overall revenue performance. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a practical, hands-on approach to execution.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies across multiple properties
  • Manage pricing, inventory, and restrictions across all distribution channels
  • Analyze booking pace, pickup trends, and market demand to adjust strategies proactively
  • Optimize performance across OTA platforms (Expedia, Booking.com) and direct channels
  • Prepare and maintain accurate forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Monitor competitive set pricing and market conditions
  • Collaborate with ownership and operations to align revenue strategies with business objectives
  • Identify opportunities to improve ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR
  • Deliver clear, data-driven reporting and actionable insights

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Revenue Manager in the hospitality industry (multi-property experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and channel management
  • Experience with PMS systems (Cloudbeds experience preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of performance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
