The overall vibe is both cozy and adventurous.  Lightwell celebrates the endless opportunities waiting for you in the outdoors and the restorative, welcoming qualities of the indoors.  The brand celebrates the "Light" and how it is incorporated into our daily discoveries, a cornerstone of the hotel's architectural design.

LOOK + FEEL

Our approach will celebrate the hotel's historic bones with a reverence for nature while maintaining a clean and contemporary appearance.  Modern mindfulness, the interiors are uplifting and optimistic, while anchored in the history of the building and the culture of the community.  Green glass and tile, embedded with great light, make the space feel earthy and grounded without being too dark.  Spaces retain a fresh white space and solid color fields that allow for the open feeling of opportunity to discover.

The Lightwell is where you can discover new perspectives and find optimism in every corner. Moments of discovery, hidden nooks, and messages throughout the hotel are integrated experiences that play with architecture and light, lush, vibrant environments that bring the outdoors in.
