Summit Hotel Properties, Inc. is a self-managed hotel investment company that was organized in June 2010 and completed its initial public offering in February 2011. We focus on owning primarily premium-branded, select-service hotels. As of February 11, 2022, our portfolio consisted of 100 hotels with a total of 15,05 guestrooms located in 24 states. As of February 11, 2022, 86% of our guestrooms were located in the top 50 MSAs and 91% were located within the top 100 MSAs.
