So when you head out on the water in the morning, there’s no telling if you’ll reel in a rainbow trout or catch yourself a delectable kokanee. But you’ll almost certainly motor back in with a clearer head and a story to tell. Here, every cabin, cottage, and RV site provides its own collection of lakeside comforts-like a private dock and picnic table or electric hookups and a wood fire pit. And our communal spaces provide something even greater. Shelter Cove attracts anglers from all over the country and hikers from all over the Pacific Crest Trail. So while you’re sharing stories around our communal fire pit or sharing pizza at Hook & Talon, you’re pretty darn likely to find a rather unlikely friendship. A whole lot of our guests return here year after year after year. And once you’ve spent a day or two on these shores, you won’t have any trouble seeing why.
