Growin’ up, fried chicken was on the dinner table every Sunday and Momma’s was certainly the best. She taught me everything I know, well almost, about making chicken just right. And cookin’ too you know; only use fresh, all natural ingredients, and make it all from scratch – every time, every day, because your friends are worth it. That’s how you do it right and how you always get the best flavor, the best taste. But I’ve always liked adding a little spice to everything I do - makes life a lot more fun. And this includes my hot chicken.
In honor of Momma, I’ve called my hot chicken restaurant by the name she gave me. So welcome to Joella’s Hot Chicken. Come on in, sit down and eat, Honey. But first, tell me how you like it and I’ll make it just that way, only better. Because I’m not just gonna’ make you a meal, I’m gonna’ make your whole day.
