As the Catering Sales Manager, you are responsible for driving catering revenue while creating memorable experiences for clients and guests. You will build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and guide events from initial inquiry through successful execution. Working closely with culinary and banquet teams, you will help bring each client's vision to life while delivering exceptional service and achieving business goals.

You are creative, detail-oriented, and exceptional at building lasting client relationships through outstanding event planning and service.

The Role

Secure and develop catering business, create customized event experiences, and partner with culinary and banquet operations teams to execute exceptional events that exceed client expectations.

What You Will Be Doing

Prospect, solicit, and manage catering accounts to drive revenue growth
Develop customized proposals, menus, and contracts that meet client needs and objectives
Conduct site tours, tastings, and client consultations to showcase event opportunities
Collaborate with culinary, banquet, and operational teams to ensure seamless event execution
Coordinate all event details and communicate client expectations effectively across departments
Monitor, forecast, and report catering revenue performance
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation for every event
