What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred

• Two to four years of hospitality management experience

• Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational discipline and keen attention to detail

• A positive, team-first mindset

As General Manager, you will guide every facet of the property’s daily operations — from supervising front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams, to ensuring marketing initiatives, guest follow-up programs, and commercial account development are executed with precision. You will cultivate a productive, positive working environment while holding your team — and yourself — accountable to the highest standards of service and professionalism.
