Gibson Hotel Management is seeking an experienced, people-focused General Manager to lead one of our Tennessee properties.
We’re looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who can build a strong team, drive hotel performance, and create an environment where both guests and team members feel valued. If you lead with positivity, accountability, and a focus on results, we’d love to meet you.

As General Manager, you’ll take ownership of the hotel’s overall performance, team, and guest experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead, coach, develop, and hold hotel team members accountable
Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments
Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team
Maintain exceptional guest service and brand standards
Monitor hotel performance, productivity, labor, and operating results
Partner with corporate leadership to achieve property goals
Ensure the hotel is clean, safe, well-maintained, and guest-ready
Resolve guest and team member concerns professionally and promptly
Maintain compliance with company, brand, and safety standards
Step in and support hotel operations when needed
Create a positive, productive, and team-focused work environment
2–4 years of hospitality management experience
Previous hotel leadership experience strongly preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Understanding of hotel operations and financial performance
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
A hands-on leadership style and genuine passion for hospitality
