If you bring exceptional technical skill, intuitive guest care, and an eye for what’s next, this is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with resort guests and local clientele in a sophisticated spa and salon setting.

What You’ll Create

• Deliver exceptional hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, perms, treatments, and finishing services tailored to each guest’s goals, lifestyle, and hair type.
• Conduct thoughtful consultations that turn a guest’s vision into a look they love—and can maintain.
• Stay current on emerging cuts, color techniques, product innovations, and styling trends.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on hair care, styling options, and retail products to extend the salon experience beyond the appointment.
• Maintain a welcoming, immaculate, and organized workspace that reflects the standards of a premier resort environment.
• Build genuine rapport with guests while delivering service with warmth, discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Manage appointment requests, answer phones, and assist with booking services as needed.
• Maintain accurate guest, service, and accounting records.
• Know the Spa & Salon service menu, pricing, retail offerings, and resort amenities well enough to guide guests with confidence.
• Identify and communicate anticipated VIP needs, special requests, and guest concerns at the start of each day.
• Resolve guest challenges—including service concerns and billing questions—with poise, empathy, and a solution-focused mindset.
• Follow all resort policies, procedures, grooming standards, health codes, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Complete daily departmental duties and support Spa & Salon operations as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• A current State of Arizona Cosmetology License.
• A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Five years of professional salon experience preferred.
• Experience providing a full range of hair care services for diverse hair types and textures.
• Ability to provide both hair and nail services preferred.
• Advanced or specialized beauty training is a plus.
• Retail sales experience and a natural ability to recommend products with authenticity—not pressure.
• Strong English communication skills, including the ability to listen closely, assess client needs, and make confident recommendations.
• A refined sense of professionalism, personal presentation, organization, and accountability.
• A collaborative spirit and willingness to assist leadership with daily operations and attend regular salon meetings.
