Position: Cafeteria Attendant

Department: Cafeteria

Purpose: Tomaintainfood service and cleanliness of cafeteria.

EssentialFunctions:

Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of theCafeteria.

Preparessaladbar.

Sets up service stations.

Stacks dishes and glasses of racks for washing.

Trackscoversserved per meal.

Posting menu ondaily/weekly basis.

Dishes upfood during service.

Tools and Equipment:

Coffee maker/urn, beverage machines, bus trays, dishware, silverware, glassware, queen-marycart, broom, mop, bucket, cart,

Working Environment:

Interior of hotel, in all Food and Beverage areas, with exposure to humidity and extreme temperatures.

Exposure to Food and Beverage hazardous cleaning chemicals.

Exposure tofood items and beverages.
