Marketing Manager – Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa atMontelucia

The Marketing Manager is a tenacious, organized, detail-oriented and results-driven marketing professional dedicated exclusively to Omni Scottsdale Resort & SpaatMontelucia. Reporting to the Complex Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager partners with the Complex Director of Marketing and Director of Sales and Marketing to execute and optimize a proactive, measurable marketing plan that increases resort awareness, supports revenuegoals and strengthens the property’s market position.

Serving as the primary day-to-day marketing leader on property, this role connects strategy with execution across accommodations, food and beverage, spa, weddings, leisure experiences, groupbusinessand seasonal programming. The Marketing Manager has a strong focus on digital marketing execution, campaign management, intermediate graphicdesignand cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Execute the resort’s annual marketing strategy under thedirection of the Complex Director of Marketing and in partnership with the Director of Sales and Marketing.

• Serve as the primary day-to-day marketing leader for Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa atMontelucia, ensuring property priorities move from strategy through execution.

• Manage the execution of integrated marketing campaigns supporting resort accommodations, dining, spa, weddings, leisure experiences, groupbusinessandspecial eventsacross OmniHotels.com, email marketing, third-partyplatformsand otherdigital channels.

• Develop and manage a rolling 90-day email marketing calendar, including campaign planning, copywriting, asset coordination,deploymentand performance tracking.

• Partner with the Social Media Coordinator toidentifyopportunities for photography, short-form video, Reels,Storiesand other social-first content.

• Provide intermediate graphic design and creative production support using Omni-approved templates and tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Lead the marketing execution ofresort activations and other signature experiences.

• Partner with the Executive Administrative Assistant to coordinate internal communications, schedules, reservations, itineraries, amenities, meetings, departmentalfollow-upand on-propertylogisticsfor marketing projects.

• Support public relations initiatives by coordinating with the Complex Director of Marketing, public relations agency, resortleadersand media partners.

• Evaluate and manageappropriate influencer, content creator,communityandpromotional partnership opportunities in alignment with resort goals.

• Attend weekly revenue merchandising meetings and other leadership meetings as needed to align marketing activity with revenue goals, need periods and resort priorities.

• Prepare monthly marketing reports for leadership, translating performance data into clearinsightsand actionable recommendations.

• Support marketing budget management, including forecasting, invoice tracking, expensereconciliationand alignment of spending with businesspriorities.

• Maintain organized marketing assets, campaign files, creative materials, photography,videoand project documentation.

• Ensure internal and external communicationsremaincurrent,consistentand reflective of Omni Hotels & Resorts brand standards.

Job Requirements

• Degree in marketing, communications,hospitalityor a related field preferred.

• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in traditional and digital marketing.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, email marketing,SEO, social media, websitemanagementand performance analytics.

• Intermediate graphic design skills and experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent proofreading and copywriting abilities.

• Flexible schedule with the ability to support select evening, weekend and holiday events as business needs require.
