The Area Director of People & Culture is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR function on property. This role performs all Human Resources related duties in the following functional areas: recruitment and retention, employment, benefit management, training, recognition, providing counseling, and colleague relations, etc. This role is committed to meeting or exceeding the needs and expectations of our colleagues and adhering to company policies, and state and federal laws and regulations. This role will be overseeing two properties in DC.
