Your role

The front desk agent is the first point of contact for our guests. You will assist guests from arrival to departure, ensuring that you provide personalized, professional service that meets Marriott standards at all times. You will play a key role in the guest experience and actively contribute to the reputation for excellence of our properties.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in and check out customers efficiently and professionally
• To make, modify or cancel reservations and inform guests of hotel policies
• Ensure smooth communication with other departments regarding room status, VIPs, priorities, early or extended check-outs, and special requests.
• Verify and adjust the charges billed to clients' accounts
• Perform and balance cash transactions accurately
• Responding to customer requests and resolving situations professionally and quickly

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with computer systems and hotel environments
• Bilingualism (French/English) is a significant asset

Your Role

• Review and adjust guest billing charges as needed

• Handle and balance cash transactions with accuracy and accountability

• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve situations promptly and professionally
