Tasks and responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and manage arrivals/departures according to Hilton standards.
Handle reservations, changes, and special requests efficiently. (by phone or walk-in)
Inform guests about hotel policies and ensure their satisfaction.
Complete all tasks appearing on the checklist (Knowledge of today's VIPs, groups, and events)
Perform system updates and complete any other job-related tasks.

Desired profile

Relevant experience in a receptionist position.
Bilingualism (French and English essential, predominantly English-speaking clientele)
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Sense of initiative
