YOUR ROLE
As an Assistant Housekeeper , you will support the Head Housekeeper in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. Your main objective will be to ensure the quality, cleanliness, and compliance of guest rooms and public areas, while effectively managing the team on the ground.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the housekeeper in the daily management of the housekeeping team
• Participate in the reception, training and monitoring of staff
• Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas according to established standards.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure an optimal customer experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in a hotel environment or in managing maintenance services
