RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform maintenance work including painting, electrical work, plastering, and wallpapering.
Carry out repairs to furniture and equipment.
Responding to spontaneous repair requests
Learn how the alarm system works and its components
Learn and understand emergency procedures
Perform all other tasks related to this classification

REQUIREMENTS

Skills in carpentry, plumbing, electricity, renovations and maintenance.
Have a valid driver's license.
Knowledge of English is an asset.
Customer service aptitude.
Organized and methodical.
Professional, independent and responsible.
Must be available to work weekends.
Experience is an asset.
