Overview:

The Recreation Supervisor willrun the pool operation bymonitoringthe team of Pool Rentals, Oceanside servers service needs, engaging with guests, and creating memorable vacation moments.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for opening and closing procedures forpool scape- all associates,cleanlinessand service opportunities.

• Create and deliver clear stand-up plan for team daily, at start of each shift- Oceanside/ Rentals team

• Take guestreservations,pool and beach rentals and creating a welcoming experience

• Host andassistexecution of daily craft offerings, camp themes

• Demonstrate creativity, crowd management quality service with every interaction

• Effectively handling guest complaints and resolving issues with courage and confidence

• Communicate end of day recap to management detailing action items, staff issues,follow-upneeded, etc.

• Inspect all department areas daily,monitorcleanliness,organizationand reporting of safety hazards withfollow-up

• Mustbe able to work with many different departments to serve our guest needs and requests

Qualifications:

• Computer Programs Utilized:

• Kronos (correcting missing punches, time edits)

• Birchstreet(supply ordering)

• Microsoft Outlook/Calendar

• Microsoft Excel

• Resort Suite (reservations, charging tickets)

• Xola

• Working Environment & Physical Demands:

• Exterior and occasionally interior of hotel with exposure to various weather conditionssuch as extreme heat, cold, rain, wind,sunand darkness with limited lighting.

• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length.

• Mustbe able tolift upto 25 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.

• Mustbe able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 100lbs.ona regularand continuing basis.

• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill liftingtask.
