Lead Maintenance

Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Lead Maintenance to oversee maintenance operations for our hotel(s) in the Miami Airport area. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the property is fully operational, safe, and maintained to brand standards while supporting daily operations and team performance.

What you will be doing

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and preventive maintenance programs
• Ensure all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are fully operational
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest needs
• Lead, train, and support the engineering team
• Coordinate with vendors and manage service contracts
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, brand standards, and local codes
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality and prevent issues

The ideal candidate for this position

• Previous hotel engineering experience required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Leadership experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
