As a Demi Chef de Partie, you are an important part of our kitchen team, supporting the delivery of high quality dishes and helping create memorable dining experiences for every guest. You work closely with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to ensure your section runs smoothly, with consistency, care, and attention to detail.

• Support the daily operation of your kitchen section and ensure it is well prepared for service
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with our quality and presentation standards
• Assist the Chef de Partie in maintaining a smooth and efficient service
• Ensure mise en place is completed to a high standard and on time
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
• Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure strong communication and collaboration during service
• Support in monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste
• Help train and guide junior team members where needed

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a Demi Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, or similar role
• A genuine passion for food, hospitality, and continuous learning
• A hands on, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
• Someone who stays calm and focused under pressure
• A team player who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Good command of English
