Key Responsibilities

Greet guests at the pool in a warm and friendly manner, creating an immediate sense of welcome
Escort guests to lounge chairs and arrange towels to ensure comfort from the moment they arrive
Serve light snacks poolside with attentiveness and a gracious demeanor
Provide amenities to guests including sunscreen, water, and additional towels upon request
Manage reservations for pool cabanas, ensuring an organized and seamless experience
Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively before requests are made
Engage beach and pool-side activities with resort’s younger guests, creating a fun and family-friendly atmosphere
Assist with special events including dive-in movie nights, theme parties, and seasonal programming
Ensure all pool and recreation areas are maintained to pristine Forbes Five-Star standards at all times

Qualifications

Previous experience in a luxury resort or hospitality environment preferred
Genuine enjoyment of social interaction and guest-facing service
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a team-first mindset
Comprehensive training will be provided

Rate of Pay: $15 - $17 / hour plus gratuities
