HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE

• Assess guest needs, review contraindications, and evaluate skin, hair, or nails to ensure appropriateness of scheduled services.
• Advise guests on proper nail and skin care and recommend home care regimens.
• Promote and sell spa/salon retail products.
• Answer guest questions regarding property amenities and services.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and check in regularly to ensure comfort.
• Prepare and maintain workstations, tools, and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Dispose of trash and dirty linens properly and secure supplies at the end of each shift.
• Adhere to scheduled appointment times throughout the day.
• Maintain current state licensure and comply with all safety protocols.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
• Other duties as assigned.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Minimum one year of experience in a salon or spa environment.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licenses/Certifications: Required state license for Nail Technician.
