Your Impact
As a pivotal leader at Courtyard Peoria, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading Front Desk & Guest Services to ensure exceptional visitor experiences.
- Supervising Food & Beverage and Housekeeping teams to champion service excellence.
- Taking on Night Audit duties as needed, showcasing your adaptability.
- Driving brand standards and overseeing shift dynamics for seamless operations.
- Coaching and developing your team, paving the way for internal promotions.

- Hands-on hotel experience, particularly in Front Desk, Housekeeping, or Food & Beverage.
