This role is ideal for someone who understands hotel flow, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to take on broader operational responsibility — including exposure to Night Audit functions. What You’ll Do as Operations Lead Agent

Support daily Front Desk & Guest Services operations across both hotels.
Assist with Food & Beverage operations, including service support, quality control, and guest satisfaction.
Be available to support or perform Night Audit functions as needed.
Serve as a shift lead when assigned, helping maintain operational flow and service standards.
Ensure brand standards, cleanliness, and guest experience expectations are consistently met.
Communicate effectively between departments to maintain seamless operations.
Step in where needed — this is a true operations support role.

What You’ll Bring

Prior hotel experience in Front Desk, Food & Beverage, or Night Audit preferred.
Strong guest service mindset with problem-solving ability.
