Trinchera Ranch, a premier private guest ranch in the stunning Sangre de Cristo Mountains, is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to deliver an exceptional, personalized experience for every guest. As a key representative of hospitality, this role oversees guest communications, experience planning, and the coordination of housekeeping, spa, and activity services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating memorable moments in a world-class setting.

Job Qualifications:
Knowledge: Professionalism, integrity, warmth, and empathy. Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
Skill: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction. Familiarity with hospitality software systems (e.g., Skill or similar platforms).
Ability: Problem solving, initiative, team-oriented leadership, adaptability, poise under pressure, and attention to detail.
Education: High school diploma required; university-level studies in Hospitality or Business Administration preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality, concierge, or guest services roles. Proven experience managing cross-functional service teams.

Trinchera Ranch is a premier private guest ranch located in the center of the Sangre de Cristo mountain range. The intimate Trinchera Lodge offers a range of accommodations that make it an ideal setting for small groups, including executive corporate retreats, weddings, and family reunions. Hospitality can provide customized itineraries and special meal arrangements. Activities include fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, and wildlife viewing.
Comprising approximately 172,000 acres, Trinchera is protected in perpetuity by conservation easements, held by both the United States Fish and Wildlife Service and Colorado Open Lands. Three 14,000-foot peaks are located on the property, and the acreage of Trinchera is part of the Sangre de Cristo Conservation Corridor. Spanning approximately 90 miles, this corridor is one of the most unique and consolidated networks for protected lands under public and private ownership in the United States. Over 800,000 acres stretch from Great Sand Dunes National Park into New Mexico. Trinchera operates with a shared responsibility to our guests and conservation.
