As a Waiter or Waitress at Celia, you bring our vibrant modern American concept to life on the floor. You serve food and drinks with confidence, personality, and genuine care, ensuring every guest enjoys a dining experience that feels both effortless and memorable.

You connect naturally with local guests and hotel visitors alike, reading the table and adapting your style with ease. You guide guests through our fresh and seasonal dishes, recommend the perfect drink pairings, and share your knowledge in a way that feels authentic rather than scripted.

You move with pace and precision, support your team during busy services, and understand that great service is about timing, attention to detail, and creating moments that guests will talk about long after they leave.
