As Demi Chef de Partie, you are building your craft with purpose. You support the Chef de Partie in running a smooth, organised section and play an important role in delivering one of the most exciting dining experiences in the area.

This is where you sharpen your skills. You refine your knife work. You learn timing. You begin to understand how a section truly breathes during service. Under guidance, you take responsibility for preparation, quality control, and consistency, ensuring every plate meets our standards before it leaves the kitchen.

The role is hands-on and physical. Service moves fast, and you move with it. While there are briefings and moments to align with the team, most of your day is spent on your feet, immersed in the rhythm of the kitchen. Energy, focus, and resilience are essential, and reasonable adjustments will be considered wherever possible.
