Sales Manager – Hotel
Location: Atlanta, GA | Full-Time
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for our hotel. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, self-starting sales professional with a proven ability to generate new business and exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities
Drive occupancy, ADR, and overall hotel revenue
Develop and execute proactive sales strategies
Generate new business through outside sales, networking, and account development
Maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, and local accounts
Conduct site tours, sales calls, and attend networking events
Analyze market trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with hotel leadership to align sales and operations
Qualifications
1–2 years of hotel sales experience
Proven revenue growth and goal achievement
Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-directed
Experience with CRM, PMS, and sales tools
Flexible schedule including occasional evenings/weekends
