Sales Manager – Hotel

Location: Atlanta, GA | Full-Time

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for our hotel. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, self-starting sales professional with a proven ability to generate new business and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive occupancy, ADR, and overall hotel revenue

  • Develop and execute proactive sales strategies

  • Generate new business through outside sales, networking, and account development

  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, and local accounts

  • Conduct site tours, sales calls, and attend networking events

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity

  • Collaborate with hotel leadership to align sales and operations

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of hotel sales experience

  • Proven revenue growth and goal achievement

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills

  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-directed

  • Experience with CRM, PMS, and sales tools

  • Flexible schedule including occasional evenings/weekends
