Hyatt Regency Lost Pines is in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic leader to join our Food & Beverage team. As the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the resort’s food and beverage operations.

Responsibilities may include: 

• Scheduling and Managing Operations: Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Training and Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth by training, developing, and promoting our talented team members.
• Leadership and Coaching: Inspire and lead your team to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve high employee satisfaction.
• Creative Strategy Implementation: Collaborate on innovative strategies to enhance revenue and manage costs effectively.
• Compliance and Procedures: Ensure all operations comply with federal, state, and local laws, as well as our internal procedures.

Requirements

• 2 years prior F&B Leadership experience preferred

• Refined written and verbal communication skills

• Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred

• Service oriented style with professional presentation skills

• Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, administrative skills

• This position requires open availability. Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
