Hourly Rate: $25.00–$28.00 (based on experience/certifications)

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Mechanic Engineer (Maintenance) to join our dedicated Engineering Team. If you have strong technical expertise in facility systems and enjoy creating a safe, functional environment for guests and team members alike, this may be the ideal opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and repair all hotel building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical equipment
• Perform routine inspections and ensure equipment complies with safety standards
• Respond quickly and effectively to guest service requests and facility issues
• Support the upkeep of kitchen and laundry equipment, life safety systems, and emergency power systems
• Work a flexible schedule including AM and PM shifts, weekends, and holidays

What We’re Looking For:

• Open availability including AM/PM shifts and weekends
• High school diploma and required mechanical certifications or equivalent secondary education
• 3-5 + years of maintenance / Mechanic experience in a large-scale, multi-unit facility (hotel, medical facility, apartments, etc.)
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Advanced knowledge of commercial building systems and maintenance tools (including HVAC, BAS/CMMS, and life safety equipment)
