Minimum of two years’ related work experience.  A bachelors or associates degree in accounting is preferred.Basic GAAP accounting knowledge, superior critical thinking skills and solid computer skills. Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills.Customer-service orientation with the ability to collaborate in a consistently positive fashion with diverse personalities both in the field and on the team.Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high volume environment, with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

Problem analysis and problem-solving skillsProficient in relevant computer software Ability to compute mathematical calculations. Knowledgeable of the property management systemKnowledgeable of all accounting principles and procedures
