The Hope Hotel and Richard C. Holbrooke Conference Center was born of the same innovative spirit that permeates the Dayton area where the Wright Brothers invented the first “flying machine.” Named after famed entertainer Bob Hope, it is the only privately owned hotel located on Air Force property.
Opened in 1990, this unique arrangement required an act of Congress to initiate and is primarily designed to house students, retired military personnel and government contractors. Since then we have expanded into business and leisure travel and event markets, offering both military personnel and civilians the opportunity to enjoy a premier hotel in a one-of-a-kind location.
