Hide-a-way Hills (HAH) is an active gated community located in the northern part of Hocking Hills region (Ohio). HAH is owned by its 700+ members and boasts a resort like community with many amenities that include 24x7 security, 9-hole golf course, fishing and boating lakes, lodge and micro-brewery, clubhouse, organic garden and many other amenities. We are seeking an experienced General Manager (GM) to lead our team. The purpose of this position is to ensure the overall daily operation of the community and all the related amenities/properties which may include golf operations, maintenance, fitness and/or recreation areas, lakes, roads, security and clubhouse/food service operations. Management of a staff of managers and/or support personnel which includes hiring, training and handling employee relations. The position will also maintain a close link with the volunteer management committee, board of trustees and various committees that support the operation of the community. The GM will also attend board meetings, management committee meetings, architectural control committee (ACC) and participate in resolution of resident issues/concerns consistent with the HAH’s governing documents.
