Who we are:

Visit Seattle is a nonprofit economic development agency responsible for competitively marketing the Seattle area as a destination for meetings, conventions, and leisure travelers. The goal of these marketing efforts is to enhance the employment opportunities and economic prosperity of the region. 

In 2020, 22 million visitors spent $3.9 billion in Seattle and King County, contributing $365 million in state and local tax revenues. Direct visitor spending benefits hotels, retailers, restaurants, attractions, transportation services and other businesses, and supports jobs for more than 48,000 people in the Seattle region.
