What You’ll Do as Guest Services Manager

Lead and assign responsibilities to Guest Service Representatives across all shifts
Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring all guests are welcomed warmly and efficiently
Ensure adherence to Prominence Hospitality standards, policies, and procedures
Foster strong communication with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
Support training and performance development for the front desk team
Step in as the go-to leader in the absence of the Front Office Manager

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of front desk or guest services experience; supervisory experience preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with property management systems (brand experience a plus)
Positive, professional, and proactive attitude with a passion for hospitality
Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills
