We’re Hiring: Construction Project Engineer

Join our growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality construction projects. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Engineer to support project execution from planning through completion in a fast-paced environment.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects
• Review plans, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Track project schedules, budgets, and progress; identify and report variances
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Support procurement and material tracking processes

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in construction or project engineering (internships count)
• Strong understanding of construction processes and documentation
• Proficiency in Excel and construction/project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Must reside in Miami, FL or surrounding areas
• Must have valid and up-to-date legal authorization to work in the United States

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with commercial or hospitality projects
• OSHA certification is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

📍 Location: Miami, FL
      Please note that this role is not located at the Holiday Inn Express hotel property. The position will support construction projects at designated job sites throughout the Miami area.
